Here we go:

This pattern fits a small wine cork. It's knit with thick yarn (4mm needles) and 3mm needles.

Sweater: Cast on 15 sts. Knit k1p1 cuff for 2 rnds. Knit stockinette for 3 rnds. Cast off.

Hat: Cast on 15 sts. Knit k1p1 cuff for 2 rnds. Knit stockinette for 2 rnds.
*k2tog, k3. Repeat from * till end of rnd.
k 1 rnd.
*k2tog, k2. Repeat from * till end of rnd.
k 1 rnd.
*k2tog, k1. Repeat from * till end of rnd.
k 1 rnd.
k2tog till end of rnd.
Draw the thread through the remaing sts.
